Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery Date & Timing
Orders will be delivered on the specified delivery date selected at checkout. We do not commit to a specific delivery time. Our driver will contact the recipient when they are on their way.

Processing Time
Orders placed before 7 PM are processed on the same day. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you immediately.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We deliver within Abu Dhabi and Dubai. For other emirates, delivery is subject to approval—please contact the store directly for confirmation.

Order Status
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Alternatively, you can check your order status via live customer support chat by providing your order number.
